The REPC - Everything You Need to Know.

The Utah Division of Real Estate has approved this online course for three hours of CORE CE credits: "On-Line. The REPC-Everything You Need To Know. (Core)" Certification No. RC070332.

The course is video of a classroom setting with a professional speaker. Business ethics principles, real life examples, methods of moral thought and process, and relevant information dealing with ethical and moral dilemmas encountered by real estate practitioners are discussed.

The course content is video of a classroom setting with a professional speaker presenting timely information on those provisions of the REPC that get the most "wear and tear," such as Sec. 10.2 Condition of Property and Sec. 24 Contract Deadlines. It is an excellent refresher course with numerous real life examples, pointers and ideas.

You may "pause" the course at any time and return later. It is recommended that you commit to attending the course without interruption. Occasionally a few quizzes will appear that you need to answer in order to proceed to the next are of study. Two of three questions correct are required to pass the quiz.

The full run time is about three hours. If you pause the course, it will remain paused. If you pause and then close out of the course, you can log back in under MyProfile on the home page. Click the course link and you'll be taken to the most recent chapter completed, ready for the next chapter.

Your C.E. hours are reported to the Division within a few hours of completion. You may also print out your C.E. completion certificate when you finish the course, and return at any time to print duplicate certificates.
