About This Course

The Utah Division of Real Estate has approved this online course for three hours of real estate licensee Core CE credits: "Really Useful Ethics Training Course. (Core)" Certification No. RC080811.

The course is video of a classroom setting with a professional speaker. Business ethics principles, real life examples, methods of moral thought and process, and relevant information dealing with ethical and moral dilemmas encountered by real estate practitioners are discussed.

The foundations of ethical study are presented along with principles and applications of ethical concepts as they affect, impact, and can be practically adopted in the real estate business. Many traps and errors based upon unethical thinking are discussed, and the speaker does an excellent job of presenting tools for ethical dealings that keep everybody safe and business transactions held together.

You may "pause" the course at any time and return later. It is recommended that you commit to attending the course without interruption. Occasionally a few quizzes will appear that you need to answer in order to proceed to the next are of study. Two of three questions correct are required to pass the quiz.

The full run time is about three hours. If you pause the course, it will remain paused. If you pause and then close out of the course, you can log back in under MyProfile on the home page. Click the course link and you'll be taken to the most recent chapter completed, ready for the next chapter.

Your C.E. hours are reported to the Division within a few hours of completion. (Remember the Division can take up to 72 hours to show your credits.) You may also print out your C.E. completion certificate when you finish the course, and return at any time to print duplicate certificates.
